The Kellogg Room
Our largest private space, for corporate dinners, pharmaceutical programs, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties and milestone celebrations. The room features the original front door from Dunedin's historic Kellogg Mansion.
Formats: plated dinner, family style, buffet or cocktail reception, with customizable menus.
Included: linens, setup, AV package and dedicated banquet staff.
Pricing: room rental of $1,500 to $4,000 and a food and beverage minimum of $1,500 to $4,000, depending on day and season. 20% service charge and 7% sales tax apply.
Betty's Quilt Room
An intimate, hidden-away room for client dinners, executive meetings, milestone dinners and small celebrations. Named for Betty, a mother, grandmother and lifelong quilt maker who welcomed everyone with warmth. Enter through an original Kellogg Mansion door, and leave through a secret bookshelf.
Formats: plated, family style or a custom menu.
Pricing: $600 food and beverage minimum and a $250 non-refundable deposit applied to your bill. 20% service charge and 7% sales tax apply.

The Kellogg Room (up to 65) and Betty's Quilt Room (up to 12) are fully private, so your presentation and conversation stay in the room.

How many guests can you accommodate?
In Wesley Chapel, Betty's Quilt Room seats up to 12 and the Kellogg Room hosts up to 65. In Dunedin, the Biltmore Room seats up to 16, reserved sections take 10 to 30, and a full buyout seats 60 or hosts 100 standing.
Do you host pharmaceutical dinner programs?
Yes. Our Wesley Chapel private rooms host speaker dinners and educational programs, and the Kellogg Room includes an AV package for presentations.
Can we customize the menu?
Yes. Our chefs build plated, family-style, buffet and cocktail reception menus around your event.
Is there a private room in Dunedin?
The Biltmore Room, a small room off the dining room, is curtained for groups up to 16. For a fully private event, book the whole house: the Biltmore Room, the dining room and the bar. Dunedin doesn't have walls to rent, so we sell it the honest way: the Biltmore Room, curtained for up to 16; reserved sections in the middle of the room with your own server and one tab; or the whole house, the only fully private option.
Menus: dinner packages from $55 per guest, Supper Club family style $48, cocktail receptions $45, weekend brunch $42 and weekday lunch $38, plus bar packages and catering to go. 20% event service charge and 7% sales tax apply.

The Biltmore Room
Up to 16, curtained off the side of the dining room. One table, your own server, close enough to hear the band and far enough to talk. Food and beverage minimum $800 Sunday to Thursday, $1,200 Friday and Saturday.
The whole house
The Biltmore Room, the dining room and the bar, yours for the evening. 60 seated or 100 standing, and the only fully private option. Minimum $6,000 Sunday to Thursday, $10,000 Friday and Saturday.
Reserved sections
Not private, but yours for the night: the long table in the dining room (10 to 30), the Communal Table in the bar (16), the Couches by the music (16 to 24), the Bar (up to 30) or the patio front row (12 to 18). Minimums from $400.

Shared starters, a salad course and your guests' choice of entrée, from $55 per guest. Family-style Supper Club, cocktail receptions, brunch and lunch parties, bar packages and catering trays to go.
