Is The Living Room family-owned?

Yes. The Living Room is family-owned and operated by Zach and Christina Feinstein, who took over the original Dunedin restaurant in 2015 and opened the Wesley Chapel location. Our story.

Is there a service charge?

A 15% service charge is added to every check, and it goes directly to your server. Learn more.

Do you take reservations?

Yes. Book on OpenTable or call (727) 736-5202. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows.

When is brunch?

Saturday and Sunday from 10AM to 3PM, with $25 unlimited mimosas and $20 mimosa flights. From 3PM to 4PM we serve a bar menu of starters, salads and burgers, and dinner starts at 4PM.

Can I book a large party or a buyout in Dunedin?

Yes. We host semi-private large parties and partial or full buyouts. We don't have an enclosed private room in Dunedin. Plan your event.
